Dr. Eddie Moody, North Carolina pastor and educator, will deliver a series of lectures during the 2012 Leroy Forlines Lectures. The Leroy Forlines Lectures began in 1993 as a means of bringing well known
speakers to campus who could address challenging issues related to theology, philosophy, worldviews, global
evangelism, and other topics.

Where did Dr. Moody get his education? Graduated FWBBC 1989, master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from MTSU, and Ph.D. in Counselor Education at North Carolina State University (NCSU).
Where does Dr. Moody work? Has pastored Tippett’s Chapel FWB Church (Clayton, NC) since 2000 and served 17 years as associate professor/department chair at NCSU.
Dr. Moody’s recently published titles by Randall House include his 230-page book, First Aid for Emotional Hurts,
plus a series of four booklets titled First Aid for YOUR Emotional Hurts that focus on depression, grief, addiction,
and finding help. He will speak twice daily (Tuesday and Wednesday), 10:00 a.m. until noon, on the subject,
“Living with Character in a Corrupt Culture.”
